Share Lease:
Why share lease? There are many reasons to share lease a horse- the emotional bond as well as the safety & financial aspects are all important. My horses are well trained and maintained, and you are not ultimately responsible for the full expense and work load associated with horse ownership. And if you are interested in performance opportunities to really develop horsemanship skills and go “off campus” to horse shows, hunter paces, trail rides etc this is an affordable, fun, supportive way to do it.
1/3 Share Lease: $330 per month.

1/2 Share Lease: $550 per month.

Includes 2 Free Rides and 2 lessons per week.
On-Farm Full Lease: $1,100 per month.

Full responsibility for all vet and hoof care expenses. Full Access to the horse, unlimited Free Rides.

Leases are available on 6 and 12 mo.s commitments. Lease kids are expected to contribute to the labor involved with horse care, but honestly they love hanging out at the barn!
*Please note that lessons cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be paid. As well as time expenses related to off campus expenses (like trailering and coaching for competitions).
